Slowly Up the Mê Kông - 24 December 2011 - January 2012
The Mekong is one of the great rivers in Asia rising in Tibet at 5200 meters and flowing some 4350 kms to enter the South China Sea through the Mekong Delta in Viêt Nâm.
Our journey starts in Ho Chi Minh City and takes us by boat - the RV Jahan - up the river to the Cambodian border and then to Phnom Phenh and finally Siem Reap and Angkor Wat, where we will spend a few days and see in 2012 before returning to Hong Kong.
